To ensure the effective management of our sessions and resources, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled class or workshop. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at info@mindfulsomaticwellness.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. This allows us to accommodate others who may be on a waitlist or interested in participating. For cancellations made after the 24-hour window, class or workshop fee is non-refundable.. However, this fee can be transferred and applied to another upcoming class or workshop, as determined by Mindful Somatic Wellness. We believe in providing flexibility while also ensuring the fair allocation of resources. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
